Refund & Cancellation Policy-

In case of any technical issue found in online fee payment, such as-

1. During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening.
2. The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.
3. The payment gets deducted from the payer's account and does not reach the institute's account or payment gets debited twice due to server error.
4. We shall not be responsible in any case until the course fee paid by student or parent is credited in to the Bank Account of the institute. If credited into our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute norms.

WebView Agreement
We also agree to have webView based android application for our users with name Mission High on google play store.

Security-

1. All transactions on the website are secure and protected.
2. Any information entered by the use when transacting on the website is encrypted to protect the user against unintentional disclosure to third parties.
3. The user’s Debit and Credit card information is not received, stored by or retained by the website or Mission High in any manner.  This information is directly supplied by the user directly to the relevant payment gateway which is authorised ton handle the information provided, and is complaint with the regulations and requirement of various bank and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

4. Copy right & trademark-

   The www.missionhighnurses.com its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all its property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, images content and other materials which appear on the site. Assess to or use of the site does not confer and should not be considered as conferring upon anyone any licence to the Mission High or any third party’s Mission High property rights.

   All rights including copy rights, in and to the sites are owned by or licensed to the Mission High. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part is prohibited without the permission of the Mission High. 

   You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on the site for any purpose. The names and logo’s and all related products and services names, design marks and slogans are the trademark/service marks of the Mission High, its affiliates, its partners or its suppliers/service providers. All other marks are the property of their respective owners. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on the site. References on the site to any names, marks, products or services of third parties or hypertext links to third party sites or information are provided solely as a conveniences to you and do not any way constitute or imply the company’s endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of the third party, the information, its product or services.

   The Mission High is not responsible for the content of any third party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of material on such sites. If you decide to access a link of any third party websites, you do so entirely at your own risk and expenses.

    

   Termination-

   This user agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or the Mission High. You may terminate this user agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of the website. The Mission High may terminate this use agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site.

   Such termination will be without any liability to the Mission High. The Mission High’s right to any comments and to be indemnified pursuant to the terms hereof, shall survive any termination of this user agreement. Any such termination of the user agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for products that already ordered from the site or affect any liability that may have arisen under the user agreement prior to the date of termination.
